MemeVideo is not affiliated with the artists, labels or creators behind the trends it features.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using MemeVideo (memevideo.app) you agree to these terms. The service is 18+ only. Legal operator: MemeVideo. Keep your account secure.

2. Acceptable use

The Content Policy governs the detailed prohibitions, including Sections 2.1 and 2.4, moderation, reports and appeals.

Deepfakes of real individuals, including face swaps, nudification, intimate-scene compositing, and fabricated statements or actions, whether or not the individuals consent.

Permission does not authorize generating the deepfake content prohibited under Section 2.1.

3. Uploads and processing

Upload one clear, well-lit, head-to-waist photo of yourself or a person who has explicitly permitted this use. You must be 18 or older. No minors in the photo. Confirm permission before uploading. A solo photo helps the AI select the intended person. Uploading another person's photo without their consent is prohibited.

You warrant that you have permission from everyone depicted, including consent to processing under the Privacy Policy and biometric-related processing. You are responsible for violations of this warranty and agree to indemnify the platform for resulting claims. You retain rights in your inputs; we process them to provide this service. 4. Service and providers

Videos are AI-generated creative entertainment, not evidence of real events. Images are prepared with GPT Image 2.5 and videos generated with Seedance 2.5 (ByteDance), accessed through APIMart. This identifies the underlying model, not our brand or an endorsement. Alibaba Cloud Content Moderation checks photos and generated videos; prompts use our own blocklist. Uncertain results are not delivered and the use is returned automatically; operations staff review moderation records. You own your generated output to the extent permitted by law, subject to third-party rights; keep the AI-generated disclosure when sharing. Templates, music and other site assets belong to MemeVideo or its licensors and are licensed to you only as part of your generated video.

5. Purchases and payments

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. Each purchase is a one-time transaction, with no subscription or automatic renewal. By completing a purchase you authorize Waffo Pancake to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. Packs: $9.90 / $19.90 / $29.90 for 1 / 3 / 5 generation uses.

5.1 Refunds and cancellation

You may request a refund for unused uses within 14 days after payment at support@memevideo.app. Refunds are processed manually through Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. If you do not receive a finished video, for any reason, including generation failure, moderation block, timeout, unknown result or archiving failure, the reserved credits or use are automatically returned, with no request needed. A use for a successfully delivered video is non-refundable, even if you are dissatisfied with the result.

Refunds are returned through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on your bank or card issuer; no specific number of days is guaranteed. To request a refund for unused uses, use the contact details listed in Section 9 (Contact) of the Terms and provide your order reference. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. There is no recurring plan to cancel.

6. Breach and suspension

We may warn, remove prohibited content, refuse or withhold delivery of prohibited content, restrict functions, suspend or ban accounts for violations, and refer serious illegal conduct to authorities as required. Reports and appeals follow the Content Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; uninterrupted service and a particular creative result are not guaranteed. Subject to mandatory law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected video. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
